We assist by asking the right questions in the right way to enable an individual to envision their own optimal wellness, and then create a workable plan to get there.
We educate by using our medical and exercise science knowledge and our personal history of living with life-threatening illness to suggest appropriate life-style and behavioral changes to optimize health and wellbeing.
We inspire by "walking the walk" ourselves, and acknowledging and honoring the personal power within each client that lies untouched by disease and disability.
